How long does a typical project take?
The honest answer? It varies. Your project's complexity, the council you're dealing with, and their current workload all affect timing. Quick feedback from you during design helps us work efficiently, though council turnaround times fluctuate and aren't something we can control.
What kind of projects do you work on?
Residential alterations, additions, and new homes are my core work, plus pools, sheds, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. I work on everything from single homes and granny flats to dual occupancies and townhouse developments.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
No problem at all. Part of my role is helping you understand your options and figure out the best path forward. We start with a conversation about your vision and goals, and I'll help you navigate the options from there.
Can I request just one service?
Absolutely. You can book a single service or bundle multiple—whatever fits your goals and timeline.
How do payments work?
For projects, payments are usually split into 2 or 3 milestones. For monthly plans, billing is done upfront each month. Everything is clear and agreed upon before we start.
What if I need changes after a project ends?
We offer ongoing support, either through our monthly plan or as-needed add-ons. You won’t be left hanging.
